Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.

Order Delivery

Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 5 to 10 working days. We’ll send you tracking details by email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@gymunlocked.com so that we can help.

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@gymunlocked.com so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Any orders cancelled after 12 hours of placing the order may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Once you notify us of your wish to cancel, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt.

Restocking Fee:

All eligible returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of handling, processing, and restocking returned items.

Before sending your items back to us:

Please ensure the item being returned has not been built/ used and has been re-packed into its original packaging. Returned items not in their original packaging will not be accepted unless deemed faulty by us or one of our equipment engineers. 

• 2 Years Labour Warranty. All parts will be fitted free of charge within the first 2 years.
• Standard 2 Years Parts Warranty. This covers all mechanical and electrical parts.
• Standard 5 Years Frame Warranty. This covers the integrity of the steel sections of the frame. A replacement frame part is provided if required.
• Standard 2 Years Treadmill Motor Warranty. A replacement motor is provided within the first 2 Years if required.
• 12 Months Wear Items: Wear items include moving belts (running or drive belts), pedal straps, hand grips & saddles.
• Parts required due to malicious damage or misuse will be chargeable together with the required labour costs to fit the parts. • Excludes rust on frames + components
